Summit attendees are responsible for their own hotel reservations at the Homestead. The government rate for the rooms are $89.  Please call the Homestead reservation line directly at 1-800-327-7220 and ask for the block of rooms for the 2008 Collaborative Environmental Summit (Group Code 4591EL).  At the time of reservation, one nights rate will be immediately charged to your credit card. The Homestead will honor the government rate three days before and after the summit dates. Please make your reservation as soon as possible, the block of rooms will be released on July 25, 2008. 

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

Drive Time: The travel time from the Salt Lake City International Airport to the Homestead Resort is about an hour.

Directions: From the Salt Lake City International Airport, Follow signs for I-80 East toward Cheyenne, Wyoming . Remain on I-80 East traveling approximately 25 miles up Parley's Canyon until you reach US Highway 40 East (Heber Exit 146). The Heber City exit is directly after the Park City exit. Travel South approximately 14 miles to the Midway and Wasatch Mountain State Park turnoff. Turn right at the stop light onto River Road and follow the road approximately 2.5 miles to the round-about. Take the first right turn onto Burgi Lane (1050 North). Follow the green directional signs approximately 2.1 miles to the Homestead entrance.

Rental Cars: All major rental car companies are located at the Salt Lake City International Airport. Please call the rental car company of your choice directly to make arrangements.
